APARTMENTS
Our three apartments ( approximately 100 sqm each), located in front of the Villa , consist in 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, with fireplace and large living area. They have been renovated maintaining the features of the Tuscan countryside. The amenities are: air conditioning, heating, wi- fi , direct dial telephone, satellite LCD TV , safe, hairdryer, bathroom amenities and slippers. Two of the three apartments have a private balcony . The stay at our apartments is only possible from November to April for a minimum stay of 7 nights room only.
In winter the hotel is closed, for this reason there are no services, only self catering apartments WITH GUARANTEED CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT.
The apartments are:
- S. Anna consisting in: two bedrooms, two bathrooms , a kitchen, a living room with fireplace and terrace.
- S. Maria consisting in: two bedrooms, two bathrooms , a kitchen, a living room, a terrace
- La Guardia consisting in: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with fireplace, a sitting room
The following weekly rates include final cleaning, use of electricity, water and gas:
- 990 Euro if occupied by 2 people;
- 1200 Euro if occupied by 3 people;
- 1350 Euro if occupied by 4 people;
Conditions of Stay:
- 7 nights minimum stay;
- Only overnight stay;
- ATTENION: there is no daily cleaning. Breakfast and other meals are not provided.
